Josh’s career began in hands-on technical work and grew into senior operations leadership. He understands both the work happening on the floor and the decisions being made in the boardroom.
As WorldStage’s Senior Vice President of Global Operations and de facto COO, he led complex operations through growth and major restructuring. His experience spans multi-site teams, logistics, facilities, P&L management, capital investments, and new business launches.
